Review/Giveaway Just In Time For Sping! Jolly's Garden Shoes

I love to garden, it's something that gives me satisfaction that I'm growing healthy and nutritious foods, gives me peace and relaxation, and also provides me with much needed exercise.  One of my only dislikes is how it ruins my shoes!  They get muddy or dirty and require constant washing.  I have long been needing a pair of those great garden clogs or shoes that are made for slipping on but have never gotten around to getting them.

So when Jolly's Garden Shoes and Clogs offered to let me review a pair of their garden shoes I was thrilled!  Jolly's is an online company that offers  garden clogs and shoes in a huge selection of colors and prints.

Here is a little info on the company and their products:

Garden Clogs and Gardening Shoes by Jollys are for anyone working in the garden, around the house, or in the garage.  Jollys garden clogs are great easy-on, easy off house shoes too.  Gardening shoes are invaluable during the early spring, the mud just rinses off.  Jollys garden clogs are convenient and totally comfortable for both men’s garden clogs and women’s gardening shoes.  Garden clogs offer the durability of work boots with the ease of slippers.

Shoes have a closed heel and are offered in both styles, Fashion and Classic for Men and Women. Clogs have an open heel and are offered to both Men and Women in Fashion, Classic, and now, Picture Clogs for Women.  Our new Picture Clogs (not shoes) are made in the Fashion style.
Jollys garden clogs have been the trendsetters among all-weather shoes for over 25 years! Jollys garden shoes are manufactured in Germany; made from 100% CFC-free Polyurethane Foam.  They are light, flexible, waterproof, and nearly indestructible
  • Three Garden Clog patterns to choose from:Classic, Fashion, and now NEW! Picture Clogs.

    Classic and Fashion.

I chose a simple blue pair of the shoes for review.  Since spring is here I wanted something that protected my whole food from mud and water when I am doing spring gardening like raking leaves, tilling soil, and planting my spring garden.

The first big test of these shoes came when I started cleaing up the yard.  I raked up leaves and dried weeds into huge piles out of my flower beds.  I noticed these were actually comfortable!  Most rubber shoes can chafe and slide around as they don't provide any support but these fit perfectly and even have great arch support.   I wore them for hours and my feet felt great.  Not once did they fall off or hurt my feet. They kept my feet nice and clean and wiped off easily. This is exactly what I wanted.

They are fast to slip on and off, and I keep them in the back porch ready to use when I step outside.  They are very thick and tough so I know they will be good for lots of use.

I like that they come in so many different colors and patterns, some of them are adorable!  You could get a different pair for each season!  These are great for any gardener be they professional or amateur.  I also would use these for my kids as outside shoes, what a great idea to keep their tennis shoes nice for school and church!
