Review/Giveaway Lily Nily Girls Jewelry

 

I am very pleased to introduce my readers to a sweet little company called Lily Nily.  Lily Nily is a company that sells high quality age appropriate jewelry for little girls.  Here is a little info about the founding of the company.

 

It was in the summer of 2011 that two young jewelry designers at Jasco Designs – brothers Mark and Jay – came upon the realization that there was a need for quality fashion jewelry for little girls. They conceived of a line of jewelry that little girls would find precious and adorable – and that their parents would find adorable on their precious ones. And so Jasco Designs Inc., a family-owned-and operated business that’s been designing and manufacturing jewelry since 1986, set about creating the Lily Nily Collection for girls. The collection includes bangles, bracelets, pendants, necklaces, and earrings, all adorned with a little bit of just about everything that little girls love. Not quite willy nilly, but definitely Lily Nily.

 

Lily Nily offered to let me review one of their products which was really fun.  My daughter and I looked through their extensive selection of necklaces, earrings, bracelets, watches, and much more.  Both of us loved the selection.  There are tons of different themes from fairies to sports so whatever interest you little girl has you can find.  All of it is very well made and high quality without being too expensive.  Also and very important to me, the jewelry is very age appropriate.  Meaning it does not make my daughter look too old but is still something she loves.  She is at the age between little girlhood and young ladyhood so this is a delicate tightrope.

 

My little girl who is 10 loves jewelry.  Having her ears pierced last year we have learned that we can only use stainless steel or gold and silver.  Cheaper metals cause her to have a reaction.  I was pleased to learn that Lily Nily not only tests all its jewelry for lead and Cadmium but it is also of only high quality metals.

 

She finally decided to get a watch since she's been wanting one for quite a while.  They have several to choose from all equally adorable.  She of course picked The Pink Hearts Watch $40.00 (note to readers, my daughters favorite color is pink and she loves hearts).  Featuring a small round face and a labeled "To" and "Past" dial, this watch makes learning to tell time fun and easy. A decorated plastic strap highlights a lovely heart design and secures with a tang buckle.

 

It arrived very quickly in the mail in the cutest packaging.  I was very pleased with the high quality of the materials used.  This is not some cheapie watch that's going to break in a week.  It is made to last!  That is one of my biggest problems with children's jewelry.  It tends to break quickly and be very cheap.  Whenever I buy anything I want it to LAST!

 

My daughter is in love with her watch.  She wears it every day and tells me the time constantly :).   This is nice as it builds her skill at reading time.  So far after a good month of testing and wearing every day the watch shows no sign of wear yet.

 

I will certainly be buying from Lily Nily in the future.  Not only is their jewelry adorable, age appropriate, and well made, but it also is reasonably priced for the quality.  With Easter coming up Lily Nily would be a great place to get your precious daughter a gift or accessories for her Easter outfit and spring pictures.
