Fermenting has always seemed a mysterious process to me, somewhat like alchemy. Be it fermenting sauerkraut or making your own homebrew. However I have found it to be pretty simple once you get the basics down. This awesomely simple video from the Brooklyn Brew Shop shows how to make beer at home and boy does it look easy! I might be trying this soon! Brooklyn Brewshop also sells great beer brewing kits with everything you need to start home brewing.
