I love home canned peaches. There is nothing like them in store bought. Plus I always spice my syrup with cinnamon and nutmeg for more yumminess. Lucky for me I have a sister with a wonderful peach tree. She usually lets me come and pick a ton for canning. This year I got enough for 20 quarts. Even though it's allot of work I like canning my own food. I know exactly what is going into it, avoid high fructose corn syrup, and it tastes much better!
