How to Build a Spring House For Non Electric Refrigeration
I know I know! Right now the focus of most people is how to keep things from freezing. But this information is really good to have. Essentially a spring house is a stone or cinderblock structure built over a stream of flowing clean water. You store things that do better cool temperatures during warm weather in it and store your butter, milk, and cream directly in the stream of cold water in waterproof containers.
