I figurd out the same thing: as adults ...I agree. I figurd out the same thing: as adults we don't share our things unless we want to, so why should kids have to. After seeing my kids things dirtied or ruined by a careless child who insisted on sharing my child's toys, usually while not bringing anything of their own to share, I rethought the accepted rule of always sharing.
